A-286 (tambien UNS S66286, W.Nr. 1.4944 / 1.4980, X5NiCrTi26-15, GH2132, NCF26B / JIS SUH 660, ЭИ786) es una superaleacion Fe-Ni-Cr endurecible por precipitacion de fase gamma prima (Ni3(Al,Ti)), disenada para servicio continuo desde -253 C hasta 650 C. En SHUNFU METAL fabricamos esta aleacion mediante VIM y ESR, con analisis OES por colada bajo el sistema de gestion de calidad ISO 9001 y los estandares del programa API Q1, garantizando trazabilidad completa y certificados EN 10204 3.1 en cada lote.

Redondo Laminado

Diametro: 3 mm – 120 mm. Longitud: 2000-6000 mm. Estado: laminado en caliente, pelado (PE), rectificado sin centros (CG). Cumple ASTM A638 Gr.660, AMS 5731 / 5732. Ovalidad y tolerancia dimensional verificadas con laser en cada lote SHUNFU.

Redondo Forjado

Diametro: 130 mm – 800 mm. Longitud: 1000-4000 mm. Forja libre (ODF) con posterior solubilizacion. Acabado: desbastado (RT) o forja negra. Ultrasonido segun ASME Sec. V disponible.

Plano Laminado y Forjado

Laminado: espesor 2 mm – 100 mm, ancho 10 mm – 500 mm. Forjado: espesor hasta 250 mm, ancho hasta 1219 mm. AMS 5525 para chapa fina desde 0.2 mm. Estado: solubilizado o solubilizado+envejecido.

Alambron, Tubo y Forja

Alambron: 0.1 mm – 15 mm (estirado en frio o laminado en caliente). Tubo sin costura: OD 3 mm – 660 mm. Forjas libres y anillos: por plano hasta 10,000 kg. Corte a medida y ensayos mecanicos por lote bajo nuestro laboratorio acreditado ISO 9001.

Propiedades Mecanicas de A-286 (Solubilizado + Envejecido)

Tratamiento termico estandar: Solubilizacion a 982 C / 1 h → temple en aceite o agua + Envejecimiento a 718 C / 16 h → enfriamiento al aire (segun AMS 5732 / BS HR 51). SHUNFU METAL registra curvas de tiempo-temperatura de cada hornada con certificado de conformidad.
