Inconel 690 (tambien UNS N06690, W.Nr. 2.4642, GB NS3105 / NS315, 00Cr30Ni60Fe10) es una aleacion austenitica de niquel-cromo-hierro con un contenido de cromo excepcionalmente alto (~30%). A diferencia de Inconel 718 o Nimonic 80A, no es endurecible por precipitacion: su resistencia y su legendaria resistencia a la corrosion provienen unicamente del refuerzo por solucion solida y de la densa capa pasiva de Cr2O3. En SHUNFU METAL producimos esta aleacion con coladas controladas por analisis OES, bajo el sistema de calidad ISO 9001:2015 y los estandares del programa API Q1. Aplicaciones de Inconel 690 (N06690)

Energia Nuclear — Generadores de Vapor PWR

Tubos de transferencia de calor (直径15-22 mm, pared 0.7-1.3 mm), placas tubulares, deflectores, bridas y herrajes internos para generadores de vapor de reactores de agua a presion. Inconel 690 ha sido el material de eleccion desde los anos 90 con cero fallos por PWSCC reportados. SHUNFU METAL suministra tubo sin costura segun ASTM B167 y chapa para placas tubulares segun ASTM B168, con controles de Co ≤0.05% para grado nuclear.

Procesamiento de Acido Nitrico y Fluorhidrico

Recalentadores de gases de cola en plantas de produccion de acido nitrico, serpentines de calentamiento y tanques para soluciones HNO3/HF en decapado de aceros inoxidables y reprocesamiento de combustible nuclear. La capa de Cr2O3 de Inconel 690 resiste la corrosion intergranular en HNO3 hirviendo hasta concentraciones del 65%.

Reprocesamiento de Combustible Nuclear

Evaporadores, columnas de extraccion, tanques de disolucion y componentes estructurales expuestos a acido nitrico caliente con trazas de agentes oxidantes y productos de fision. Estado: recocido de solubilizacion + decapado/blanqueado. Segun ASTM B167 / ASME SB-167. Inspeccion por corrientes de Foucault (ECT) y ultrasonidos en cada tubo. SHUNFU METAL mantiene coladas certificadas para grado nuclear con Co ≤0.05% y S ≤0.005%.

Chapa y Placa

Chapa fina (laminada en frio): 0.3 mm – 6.0 mm. Placa (laminada en caliente): 6 mm – 120 mm. Ancho: 1000 mm – 2500 mm. Largo: 2000 mm – 6000 mm. Estado: recocido de solubilizacion + decapado. Segun ASTM B168 / ASME SB-168. Inspeccion ultrasonica integral para espesores ≥6 mm. Las placas para tubulares de generadores de vapor se suministran con ensayos de inclusion no metalica y control de tamano de grano ASTM.

Barra Redonda y Forja

Barra laminada: diametro 8 mm – 300 mm. Barra forjada (ODF): diametro 100 mm – 500 mm. Longitud: 1000 mm – 6000 mm. Estado: recocido de solubilizacion, desbastado (RT) o forja negra. Segun ASTM B166 / ASME SB-166 y ASTM B564 / ASME SB-564 para forjas. Forja con inicio a 1150-1180 C y final no inferior a 950 C; enfriamiento rapido post-forja para evitar sensibilizacion.

Cinta, Alambre, Accesorios y Soldadura

Cinta: espesor 0.1 mm – 3.0 mm, ancho hasta 650 mm (ASTM B906). Alambre estirado en frio: diametro 0.5 mm – 10 mm. Accesorios de tuberia: codos, tes, reducciones segun ASTM B366. Consumibles de soldadura: ERNiCrFe-7 (varilla TIG, AWS A5.14) y ENiCrFe-7 (electrodo, AWS A5.11). Analisis OES completo por colada en cada fusion. La combinacion unica de Ni ~60% + Cr ~30% define a Inconel 690 como la aleacion de maxima resistencia a PWSCC de su clase, superando ampliamente a Inconel 600 (Cr ~15.5%) y a los aceros inoxidables 304/316. Propiedades Mecanicas de Inconel 690 (N06690)

Tratamiento termico estandar — Recocido de solubilizacion: Calentamiento a 1030-1100 C (industrial tipico: 1070-1120 C), mantenimiento de al menos 30 min (1 h por cada 25 mm de espesor) y enfriamiento rapido obligatorio — agua preferente, aire forzado para secciones finas. El objetivo es atravesar rapidamente la zona critica de sensibilizacion (480-870 C) para evitar la precipitacion de Cr23C6 intergranular. Inconel 690 no es endurecible por precipitacion; el recocido de solubilizacion es el unico tratamiento termico necesario. SHUNFU METAL registra las curvas de tiempo-temperatura de cada hornada con trazabilidad completa.

Resistencia a la corrosion — PWSCC: Inconel 690 es el material de referencia mundial para resistencia a la corrosion bajo tension en agua primaria de reactores PWR (PWSCC). Ensayos de laboratorio en agua a 360 C con litio y acido borico muestran que el tiempo de iniciacion de grietas de Inconel 690 supera en mas de un orden de magnitud al de Inconel 600. En servicio real desde los anos 90, no se ha reportado ningun fallo por PWSCC en tubos de Inconel 690, frente a la tasa historica de fallos en Inconel 600.

Soldabilidad: Inconel 690 presenta excelente soldabilidad con procesos TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), arco sumergido (SAW) y haz de electrones (EBW). Metal de aporte recomendado: ERNiCrFe-7 / ENiCrFe-7 (AWS A5.14 / A5.11). Generalmente no requiere tratamiento termico post-soldadura, ya que su bajo contenido de carbono y alta reserva de cromo impiden la sensibilizacion incluso en la ZAT. Sin embargo, para condiciones de servicio especialmente severas (HNO3 hirviendo), se recomienda un recocido de solubilizacion posterior. SHUNFU METAL certifica la soldabilidad mediante cupones de cada lote ensayados segun ASME Seccion IX bajo el sistema de calidad ISO 9001 y API Q1.

Comparativa clave: Inconel 690 (Cr ~30%) vs Inconel 600 (Cr ~15.5%) — La duplicacion del cromo transforma radicalmente el comportamiento frente a PWSCC. Inconel 690 vs 304L/316L — resistencia a corrosion intergranular en HNO3 hirviendo muy superior debido a la matriz de niquel y al mayor contenido de cromo.
