Incoloy 907 — designacion UNS N19907 / K90907, W.Nr. 2.4665, DIN NiCr15Fe7NbTi, GB/T GH2907 / GH907 — es una superaleacion de hierro-niquel-cobalto de baja expansion termica y endurecimiento por precipitacion, desarrollada por SMC como evolucion del Incoloy 903 con mayor resistencia en caliente. Esta aleacion mantiene un coeficiente de dilatacion excepcionalmente bajo (6.8-7.8 × 10⁻⁶/K) hasta 650 C, combinado con resistencia mecanica equiparable al Inconel 718 y modulo elastico practicamente constante. SHUNFU METAL, certificado ISO 9001 y API Q1, suministra Incoloy 907 conforme a las normas AMS 5916, AMS 5917 y ASTM B670 / B637, con trazabilidad completa desde la fusion por VIM + ESR hasta el producto final certificado.

SHUNFU METAL mantiene inventario de Incoloy 907 en estado recocido de disolucion (SA), optimo para maquinabilidad, con posterior envejecimiento por precipitacion hasta dureza HB 375-430 segun AMS 5917. Cada lote incluye certificacion EN 10204 3.1, analisis OES por colada y control dimensional por laser, respaldado por nuestras acreditaciones ISO 9001 y API Q1.
