Inconel X-750, designado como UNS N07750, W.Nr. 2.4669, NiCr20TiAl, GH4145 y ХН77ТЮР, es una superaleacion base niquel-cromo-hierro con endurecimiento por precipitacion mediante fase gamma prima (Ni3(Al,Ti,Nb)). En SHUNFU METAL, cada lote se produce y verifica bajo nuestros sistemas de gestion certificados ISO 9001 y API Q1, con trazabilidad completa desde la materia prima hasta el producto final. Esta aleacion ofrece una combinacion excepcional de resistencia mecanica a alta temperatura, excelente resistencia a la oxidacion hasta aproximadamente 980 °C y notable resistencia a la relajacion de tensiones por debajo de 540 °C, lo que la convierte en la eleccion de referencia para los sectores aeroespacial, nuclear, de turbinas de gas y petroquimico.

Tratamiento termico de referencia: solubilizado a 1093 °C (enfriamiento en agua/aire) + estabilizado a 843 °C / 24 h (aire) + envejecido a 704 °C / 20 h (aire), conforme a AMS 5667 (Equalized Aged). Los valores indicados corresponden a ensayos a temperatura ambiente realizados en el laboratorio certificado de SHUNFU METAL.

Propiedades a alta temperatura (valores tipicos a 650 °C): Rm ~760 MPa, Rp0.2 ~620 MPa, A5 ~15%. Densidad: 8.28 g/cm³. Intervalo de fusion: 1393 – 1427 °C. Coeficiente de dilatacion (20 – 100 °C): 12.6 × 10-6 /°C. La aleacion mantiene mas del 75% de su resistencia a traccion a temperatura ambiente cuando opera a 700 °C.
