Hastelloy X (UNS N06002 / W.-Nr. 2.4665) es una aleacion de niquel-cromo-hierro-molibdeno reforzada por solucion solida con cobalto y tungsteno, disenada para ofrecer resistencia a la oxidacion hasta 1,200 C. Su combinacion excepcional de resistencia mecanica en caliente, estabilidad microestructural y facilidad de conformado la convierte en el material de referencia para camaras de combustion de turbinas de gas, componentes de postcombustion y equipos de hornos industriales. SHUNFU METAL la suministra con certificaciones ISO 9001 y API Q1, respaldada por un inventario de 8,000 toneladas de aleaciones especiales y control de calidad integral en cada lote.

Hastelloy X — Vision General

A diferencia de las aleaciones con endurecimiento por precipitacion gamma-prima que presentan dificultades de soldadura y conformado, el Hastelloy X mantiene una matriz austenitica estable y altamente ductil que permite operaciones complejas de embuticion, plegado y soldadura sin agrietamiento. Su contenido de cromo (20,5-23,0 %) forma una capa de oxido protectora que resiste el descascarillado bajo ciclos termicos repetitivos, mientras que el molibdeno (8,0-10,0 %) y el tungsteno (0,2-1,0 %) proporcionan resistencia a la fluencia a largo plazo en servicio continuo hasta 900 C. Los procesos internos de SHUNFU METAL, desde la recepcion de palanquilla con doble refinacion VIM + ESR hasta el recocido en solucion a 1,160 C con temple rapido, garantizan la homogeneidad microestructural y la conformidad con los estandares AMS 5536 y ASTM B435 exigidos por la industria aeroespacial.

El material de grado aeroespacial se suministra con recocido en solucion a 1,160-1,177 C y temple rapido para garantizar una microestructura austenitica homogenea con tamano de grano ASTM 4-6, optimizado para fluencia y fatiga termica. SHUNFU METAL aplica control 100 % por ultrasonido segun ASTM A388 y ensayos de corrosion intergranular bajo solicitud.

SHUNFU METAL verifica la composicion de cada colada VIM+ESR mediante espectrometria de emision optica (OES), asegurando control estricto de los niveles de Co y W, elementos criticos para las propiedades a alta temperatura. El carbono se mantiene en el rango 0,05-0,15 % para formar carburos de refuerzo en borde de grano sin comprometer la ductilidad. La densidad del material es 8.22 g/cm3, con estructura austenitica no magnetica y punto de fusion entre 1,260 C y 1,355 C.

A 815 C el Hastelloy X conserva una resistencia a la traccion de aproximadamente 255 MPa y una resistencia a la rotura por fluencia en 100 horas de ~110 MPa. Los certificados de calidad emitidos documentan la conformidad con ISO 9001 y API Q1. Bajo solicitud, SHUNFU METAL puede realizar ensayos adicionales: impacto Charpy, fluencia (creep) a temperaturas de servicio, corrosion intergranular segun ASTM A262 y control por ultrasonido para grado aeronautico AMS 5536.
