Rene 41 (tambien UNS N07041, W.Nr. 2.4665, GH4141 / GH141, NiCr15Co10MoTiAl) es una superaleacion de niquel-cromo-cobalto endurecible por precipitacion de fase gamma prima (Ni3(Al,Ti)) y carburos MC en bordes de grano. Disenada para servicio continuo entre 650 y 980 C, es una de las aleaciones en chapa con mayor resistencia mecanica en este intervalo. En SHUNFU METAL fabricamos esta aleacion mediante fusion al vacio (VIM) y refundicion por electroescoria (ESR), con analisis OES por colada bajo el sistema de calidad ISO 9001 y los estandares del programa API Q1. Su combinacion de Co (~11%), Mo (~10%) y Ti (~3.3%) la diferencia de otras aleaciones Ni-Cr, proporcionando endurecimiento por solucion solida y volumen optimo de gamma prima para maximizar la resistencia en caliente. Se suministra conforme a AMS 5545, AMS 5712, AMS 5713, AMS 5800 y ASTM B637.

Postcombustion de Motores a Reaccion

Sellos de tobera (nozzle seals), aletas (flaps), revestimientos internos, estabilizadores de llama y anillos de par en sistemas de postcombustion hasta 870 C. SHUNFU METAL suministra chapa de 0.5-4.0 mm con control de grano fino por colada para conformado de alta precision.

Discos y Alabes de Turbina

Discos de turbina de alta presion, alabes directores, ruedas de rotor, espaciadores, carcasas de turbina y anillos de soporte para motores aeronauticos. SHUNFU METAL suministra forjas de disco y barra segun AMS 5712/5713 con ensayos ultrasonicos y de grano ASTM.

Propulsion de Cohetes

Chapa, Fleje y Cinta (AMS 5545)

Chapa laminada en frio: espesor 0.5 mm – 4.0 mm. Chapa laminada en caliente: 4.0 mm – 50 mm. Ancho hasta 1000 mm. Cinta: 0.05 mm – 2.0 mm. Estado: solubilizado (1065-1080 C, temple al aire). Acabado superficial brillante o decapado. SHUNFU METAL controla el tamano de grano ASTM 5-8 y la textura cristalografica para conformabilidad optima. Ensayos Erichsen y de plegado por lote bajo ISO 9001.

Barra Redonda, Cuadrada y Hexagonal (AMS 5712/5713)

Laminado en caliente: diametro 8 mm – 100 mm. Forjado (ODF): diametro 100 mm – 350 mm. Longitud: 1000-6000 mm. Estado: solubilizado y desbastado (RT), o forja negra. Forja con inicio a 1100-1180 C y final no inferior a 1060 C. Inspeccion ultrasonica UT A/SAE AMS-STD-2154 Clase AA disponible. dureza suministro ≤363 HB.

Forjas Libres, Anillos y Discos

Discos de turbina forjados, anillos sin soldadura (SRR), ejes forjados y piezas de forma cercana a la final por plano. Peso maximo unitario: 5000 kg. SHUNFU METAL aplica homogeneizacion previa a forja (1160-1180 C) para eliminar segregacion de lingote VIM+ESR. Corte por chorro de agua y mecanizado CNC disponibles.

Alambron, Hilo de Soldadura y Tubo

Alambron estirado en frio: diametro 0.5 mm – 8.0 mm (muelles y fijaciones). Hilo de soldadura: ERNiCrCoMo-1 (AMS 5800 / AWS A5.14 ERNiCrCoMo-1). Hilo de aportacion HGH4141 disponible. Tubo sin costura: OD 10 mm – 150 mm, pared 1-20 mm. Corte a medida, marcaje laser y certificados EN 10204 3.1 por lote. La soldabilidad requiere pre-tratamiento de sobreenvejecimiento o control de velocidad de enfriamiento para suprimir el agrietamiento por deformacion-envejecimiento (SAC).

Tratamiento termico — Dos regimenes de aplicacion: (1) Alta resistencia: solubilizacion 1065-1080 C / 1-4 h → temple al aire → envejecimiento 760 C / 16 h al aire. (2) Alta estabilidad termica: solubilizacion 1175-1180 C / 0.5-4 h → temple al aire → envejecimiento 900 C / 4 h al aire. La seleccion del regimen depende de si se prioriza la resistencia maxima a traccion (Regimen 1) o la resistencia a fluencia lenta de larga duracion (Regimen 2). SHUNFU METAL registra y certifica las curvas de tiempo-temperatura de cada hornada.

Conformabilidad en frio: En estado solubilizado, Rene 41 admite embuticion, repujado por rotacion y estampacion en frio. El retorno elastico (springback) es significativo debido a la alta resistencia—los utillajes deben compensarlo. SHUNFU METAL recomienda tratamientos de recocido intermedio entre etapas de conformado severo.

Soldabilidad y agrietamiento SAC: Rene 41 es sensible al agrietamiento por deformacion-envejecimiento (Strain-Age Cracking, SAC) durante la soldadura y el tratamiento termico posterior. Para soldaduras complejas o de responsabilidad, SHUNFU METAL recomienda sobreenvejecimiento previo o control de la velocidad de enfriamiento tras solubilizacion para reducir la tension residual antes de soldar. Se solda satisfactoriamente con TIG (polaridad directa DC, con refuerzo de cobre como disipador termico), haz de electrones (EBW) y soldadura por resistencia. El material de aportacion recomendado es ERNiCrCoMo-1 segun AMS 5800 / AWS A5.14. Tras la soldadura, las piezas deben someterse al ciclo completo de solubilizacion + envejecimiento para restaurar las propiedades mecanicas.
