Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825 / W.-Nr. 2.4858) es una aleacion de niquel-hierro-cromo estabilizada con titanio y reforzada con molibdeno y cobre. Disenada para resistir acidos sulfurico y fosforico, cloruros y agua de mar, mantiene su integridad estructural desde temperaturas criogenicas hasta 550 C. Su aplicacion abarca procesamiento quimico, petroleo y gas, control de contaminacion, ingenieria marina y energia nuclear. SHUNFU METAL la suministra con certificaciones ISO 9001 y API Q1, respaldada por un inventario de 8,000 toneladas de aleaciones especiales y control de calidad integral en cada lote.

Incoloy 825 — Vision General

La adicion controlada de titanio previene la corrosion intergranular tras exposicion a temperaturas de sensibilizacion, mientras que el cobre proporciona resistencia adicional a acidos reductores. Esta combinacion posiciona al Incoloy 825 como material de referencia donde se requiere simultaneamente alta resistencia mecanica y proteccion anticorrosiva en ambientes agresivos. Los procesos internos de SHUNFU METAL —desde la seleccion de materia prima hasta el embalaje final— estan gobernados por estandares de calidad certificados que garantizan la conformidad dimensional, quimica y mecanica de cada producto despachado. A diferencia de los aceros inoxidables 316 que fallan por disolucion uniforme en acido sulfurico, el Incoloy 825 ofrece una vida util sustancialmente mayor gracias al efecto sinergico del molibdeno (2,5–3,5 %) y el cobre (1,5–3,0 %) en su matriz de niquel.

Cada producto se entrega con certificados de ensayo conforme a EN 10204 3.1. SHUNFU METAL verifica la composicion de cada colada mediante espectrometria de emision optica (OES), asegurando el cumplimiento estricto de los limites de la norma. Los certificados de analisis quimico emitidos permiten a los clientes validar la conformidad del material antes de su transformacion, eliminando riesgos de no conformidad en procesos posteriores.

Los certificados de calidad documentan la conformidad con los requisitos de ISO 9001 y API Q1. Bajo solicitud, SHUNFU METAL puede realizar ensayos adicionales: impacto Charpy, corrosion intergranular segun ASTM A262 Practica C, dureza en perfil transversal y control por ultrasonido. La densidad del material es 8.14 g/cm³ y su punto de fusion se situa entre 1,370 C y 1,400 C.
