Sanicro 28 (UNS N08028, W.Nr. 1.4563, EN X1NiCrMoCu31-27-4, GB NS1104 / 00Cr27Ni31Mo3Cu), tambien conocida como Alloy 28, es un acero inoxidable austenitico de muy alta aleacion desarrollado por Sandvik en Suecia durante los anos 1960 especificamente para la produccion de acido fosforico por via humeda. Con un 27% de cromo, 31% de niquel, 3.5% de molibdeno y 1% de cobre, ofrece una resistencia excepcional en entornos con acidos mixtos, cloruros, fluoruros y sulfuro de hidrogeno, posicionandose como el material metalico mas utilizado en tubos de evaporadores de acido fosforico a nivel mundial. Suministrada por SHUNFU METAL bajo certificaciones ISO 9001 y API Q1, con aprobacion para servicio bajo ASME Calderas y Recipientes a Presion secciones I, III y VIII.

Perfil de la Aleacion Sanicro 28

El Sanicro 28 ocupa un nicho estrategico entre los aceros inoxidables superausteniticos (como el 904L) y las aleaciones base niquel (como los Hastelloy serie C). Su elevado contenido de cromo (26-28%) y molibdeno (3-4%) le confiere un PREN de 38-47, superando ampliamente al 316L (PREN 24) y al 904L (PREN 35), mientras que el 31% de niquel garantiza inmunidad practica a la corrosion bajo tension por cloruros. El cobre (0.6-1.4%) potencia la resistencia en acido sulfurico y el ultra bajo carbono (max. 0.02%) elimina la precipitacion de carburos durante la soldadura, permitiendo su uso en estado soldado. Su diseno original como material para tubos de evaporadores en plantas de acido fosforico ha sido validado por mas de 10 anos de servicio continuo en multiples instalaciones, reemplazando intercambiadores de grafito que sufrian roturas frecuentes. Acido Fosforico y Fertilizantes

Tubos de evaporadores en produccion de H3PO4 via humeda (material de referencia mundial, mas de 10 anos de servicio), concentradores de acido fosforico, intercambiadores de calor en plantas de superfosfato, recuperacion de yeso con fluoruros.

Acido Sulfurico

Composicion Quimica de Sanicro 28 (ASTM B668 / EN 10088-2)

La microestructura completamente austenitica del Sanicro 28 se estabiliza gracias a su alto contenido de niquel (30-34%), mientras que el cromo (26-28%), el molibdeno (3-4%) y el cobre (0.6-1.4%) actuan sinergicamente para proporcionar resistencia en medios oxidantes, reductores y ambientes mixtos con cloruros y fluoruros. El nitrogeno controlado (tipicamente 0.06-0.10%) eleva el limite elastico sin comprometer la ductilidad ni la soldabilidad. SHUNFU METAL produce mediante fusion AOD con control preciso del balance Cr/Ni/Mo/Cu/N y analisis OES en cada colada.

El PREN del Sanicro 28 se situa en 38-47 (PREN = %Cr + 3.3x%Mo + 16x%N), muy superior al 904L (PREN ~35) y al 316L (PREN ~24). La clave de su exito en acido fosforico radica en la combinacion de alta resistencia a la corrosion por picaduras y resquicios (gracias al Cr y Mo) con la tolerancia al acido sulfurico (gracias al Cu) y la inmunidad a la corrosion bajo tension por cloruros (gracias al alto Ni), todo ello en una matriz de hierro que mantiene el coste bajo control. SHUNFU METAL controla el PREN calculado de cada colada como parametro de calidad interno, con valores objetivo superiores a 40, documentado en el certificado quimico bajo el sistema ISO 9001.

Propiedades Mecanicas de Sanicro 28 (Recocido por Solucion)

Tratamiento termico: recocido por solucion a 1040-1100 °C con enfriamiento rapido en agua o aire forzado. Este ciclo disuelve todas las fases secundarias en la matriz austenitica y alivia las tensiones residuales de la conformacion. Para aplicaciones en pozos petroleros (tuberia de produccion y casing), el Sanicro 28 se suministra en condicion laminada en frio de alta resistencia, alcanzando hasta el doble del limite elastico de la condicion recocida. El laboratorio de SHUNFU METAL, acreditado bajo API Q1, certifica las propiedades de cada lote mediante ensayos ASTM E8 y dureza ASTM E18.

Para aplicaciones downhole en pozos petroleros, SHUNFU METAL suministra Sanicro 28 laminado en frio de alta resistencia con limites elasticos superiores a 690 MPa, cumpliendo NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156-3. La aleacion registra solo 0.03 mm/ano de corrosion en acido superfosforico al 95% contaminado a 200 °C, frente a 0.23 mm/ano del UNS N08020, consolidandose como el material de referencia para evaporadores de acido fosforico.
